Event API

Client events are available for integrations that cannot call exports. Use the exports whenever you can: they assign ownership automatically.

Events cannot reliably identify their sender, so provide a stable owner value when showing and hiding a prompt.

If owner is omitted, the prompt belongs to the shared external owner. Avoid reusing the same id under that shared owner across unrelated resources.
